We are Seira Kerber and Daniel Kerber – both neurodivergent, both multi-talented, both grew up feeling like we didn't quite fit.
We created IAF2 out of personal necessity. Because we know what it feels like to be too much. Too fast. Too intense. Too complex for any box.
Seira is a systemic coach, EMDR therapist, and patented inventor. She comes from a working-class background, overcame trauma, and broke through every barrier the system put in her way. She creates the space where inner fragmentation isn't healed, but integrated – as the foundation for lasting impact.
Daniel brings 20 years of experience in systems design – from refugee camps serving 85,000 people to integration programs across German cities. As an Ashoka Fellow and founder of MTS Social Design, he has guided transformations that touched over 3 million lives. He makes sure visions don't stay visions – they become reality.
